- 85–115 g (3–4 oz) prosciutto, finely chopped
- 1 cup fig jam
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
Serving

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) to prepare for baking the dip.
- Blend Cheeses: Add the softened goat cheese and cream cheese to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Alternatively, use a stand mixer or hand mixer in a large bowl to beat the cheeses together until smooth.
- Mix in Prosciutto: Transfer the cheese mixture to a mixing bowl. Gently fold in the finely chopped prosciutto until evenly incorporated.
- Prepare Baking Dish: Spread the cheese and prosciutto mixture evenly into a 23 × 18 × 5 cm (9 × 7 × 2-inch) baking dish or pie plate, smoothing the top surface.
- Add Fig Jam: Evenly spread the fig jam over the top of the cheese layer to add a sweet contrast.
- Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the dip is warmed through and slightly bubbly.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Serve warm or at room temperature with crackers for dipping.
Notes
- Make sure the goat cheese and cream cheese are softened to room temperature to ensure easy blending.
- The amount of prosciutto can be adjusted based on preference for saltiness and texture.
- For a nut-free version, omit the pistachios or substitute with toasted breadcrumbs.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and gently reheated before serving.
- This dip is perfect for entertaining and pairs well with a variety of crackers or sliced baguette.
