Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a glass mixing cup, add the whole milk, unsweetened pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Use a whisk to thoroughly combine the mixture until smooth.
- Heat the Mixture: Place the glass cup with the mixture into the microwave and heat for 1 minute. This warms the milk and melds the flavors together. Carefully remove the glass from the microwave.
- Prepare Coffee: Brew 1 cup of your favorite coffee. Pour the freshly brewed coffee into the warmed pumpkin milk mixture in the glass.
- Add Creamer and Garnish: Stir in ¼ cup of vanilla creamer to add creaminess and sweetness. Top the latte with a generous amount of whipped cream and sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish and extra flavor.
