Instructions
- Dissolve Gelatin: In a large bowl, dissolve the 2 packages of lime gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add Pineapple: Stir in the entire can of crushed pineapple along with its juice into the gelatin mixture, mixing well.
- Beat Cream Cheese: In a separate bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Combine Whipped Topping: Fold the entire container of whipped topping into the beaten cream cheese until fully combined and smooth.
- Mix Mixtures: Gently fold the cream cheese and whipped topping mixture into the gelatin and pineapple mixture until well blended.
- Pour and Chill: Pour the combined mixture into a 9×13-inch dish evenly.
- Refrigerate: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the salad is firm and set before serving.
